Over the past few months, the San Francisco homemade chocolate landscape has transformed from a grassroots movement of ethical craftsmanship to a self-congratulatory festival of tempered pretension. While we've done our best to distance ourselves from this attitude, it's become exhausting work constantly saying we're not like other boutique chocolatiers. But instead of running away from the problem, we're addressing it head-on by focusing on a whole new culinary field worthy of the same dedication.

Unlike cheap, off-the-shelf American custards, Kiki's Custard is a throwback to the traditional Bavarian style, made with all-natural ewe's milk sourced from local sheep dairies.
